Entry #10 Malibu Sounds Right

Welcome back ladies and gentlemen! The topic for today will be the future.

Now, as kids some or most of us were told that flying cars were a thing of the future and that it would be normal soon (20 years) and i haven't seen sight of one that can even hover. I am quite disappointed because i was really hoping to be able to drive without touching concrete or anything like that, i also would have love to see holographic video games. All of these things seem to be in the process of being thought of, but just wants us to wait till like 2100 or something. If everything continues to skyrocket at the rate it is now, technology specifically, i think the world will be ruled by robots because they would be stronger, faster, and some even smarter than most if not all humans.

Enough of that big picture stuff, let us specify a little bit with our own vision of our own future. I see myself lying on the sandy beach of Malibu in the front of my million dollar beach house, while sipping on a nice cold beverage, perhaps alcoholic, and... That doesn't seem to realistic, let's try that again. I see myself living in Colorado in a nice 2-story house with a financially stable job, that being an engineer, and having a beautiful family that i will love to spend my Sundays with.

What does your future look like?

Entry #9 It Isn't That Gross...

Welcome back ladies and gentlemen! The topic for today will be the way i now feel about McDonald's.

After watching the video and reading the articles, my instant reaction was "really, that is absolutely gross!" Even hearing the sound of ammonia hydroxide just sounds gross, especially after remembering some of the things i remember from taking chemistry. I do remember touching a little bit on McDonald's being gross and some things involving the substance, but i could be wrong. Anyways, back to this unfortunate topic. McDonald's burger are quite good and when i mean good, i mean they taste good, as in, i wouldn't mind for another burger in the future. Now knowing what is in there, i do not ever want to indulge in anything from there again, especially one with the pink slime (burger and chicken nuggets) because it just looks disgusting.

Do you guys think you can eat McDonald's everyday for a 2 months or even every week for year?

Entry #8 Reminisce

Welcome back ladies and gentlemen! The topic for today will be high school moments.

Everybody had great and sad moments, but for the purpose this, i will mainly discuss the moments that made me happy. One of those moments happen to be my girlfriend and we have been together since the first year of high school. We did so much together and every waking moment was absolutely precious to me. Everyone seems so shocked when i tell them that her and i have been together for oh so long because apparently relationships tend to not last long. In the end, it is good because relationships lead to finding your type and allows one to explore their desires and limits.

Another great moment of my high school days was the moment i changed. To elaborate, in my eyes, i saw myself as an insolent fool that didn't show much care with much. Then during my junior year, i felt a little change where i have begin to give a crap about something and started realizing or maturing out of my childish ways. My senior year, i felt like i was more respectful, considerate, and genuine to everyone and everything. My top moment is finally growing up and taking on the "adult" life. Although i would like to avoid taxes, bills, debt, and long schooling.

Entry #7 Food For Thought

Welcome back ladies and gentlemen! The topic for today's entertainment is, FOOD.

Now more specifically is the type of food there is available, like organic or inorganic. After watching Fresh, I just realized that the food I eat is mainly inorganic, which means it is absolutely gross. Apparently the food is prepared and "farmed" with chemicals like pesticide, thus making it unnatural and entirely unhealthy. Some foods that I believe to be inorganic are burgers from McDonald's because there have been and still are speculations that there burgers have worms, or do not rot, and are not naturally and properly farmed "the right way".

The video showed some grotesque things about the farming of food and it showed me how ridiculous my meals are. Anyone that watches will understand the importance of the video because it shows what we are ingesting and the definite harm it is doing to the environment. I think the film was interesting and sad at times because of the way they treated the animals. It definitely wasn't with care and it shows that they just listen to whomever is in charge just to make the most money out of their farms.
